“This place isn’t fancy but we like it. This is our second time staying here. We had a balcony and an ocean view. The housekeeping lady was so nice. The restaurant next door has great pub food. Depending on the day there is live entertainment in the afternoon but it is quiet in the evening.”

“The cleaning service is not good and unable to communicate with staff. There was standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher where the cycle was not completely finished. The towels were old and stains were on them and the pillow cases. We had to wash everything before using them. We didn’t have enough towels, so I called the host and she had some door dash to us. The property location to the beach is very good. ”

“I don't understand the bad reviews. If you had bedbugs, shower broke, fridge broke, I definitely get it. But, it's a budget hotel, so expect budget. Book ahead of time and don't expect 5 star service. Do your homework. If you need a place to stay for a few nights while in town, don't overlook it. I'd stay there again.”

“Great access to beach and wonderful to have lounge and umbrellas set up for us on beach. Staff was attentive and helpful! Bathroom door in room 209 needs some attention for cleanliness. Breakfast options for us were great! Two reasons we chose this facility were the inclusion of breakfast and beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas.. we were pleased and would return in the future!”

“Di tutti gli hotel prenotati durante la nostra vacanza è l’unico non appartenente a una catena ma anche l’unico con un gran carattere e una forte peculiarità. Si tratta di un piccolo hotel nascosto nel verde dove il tempo sembra quasi essersi fermato. Le camere sono molto spaziose e arredate in maniera unica. “Nice boutique hotel. We had the corner suite with 3 beds, perfect for a family of four. A/c worked hard but the fans helped keep the room comfortable on 90+ degree days. 2 minute walk to a beautiful wide beach.”
