C'è così tanto da amare in questo condominio del centro, arredato con gusto. La posizione, l'arredamento, la spaziosa camera da letto principale e la planimetria open space attribuiscono tutte le sue meravigliose sistemazioni. È lussuoso e privato, ma abbastanza vicino a tutte le azioni.


ALL'INTERNO DEL CONDO

Il Grand Retreat si trova al secondo piano del The Grand Building e si estende su un livello, quindi non dovrai mai preoccuparti delle scale. È dotato di una grande suite padronale con bagno annesso e ampio armadio, una camera per gli ospiti, bagno completo per gli ospiti, lavatrice / asciugatrice impilabile e arredamento confortevole.

MANGIARE

Il mangiare in cucina è l'ideale per i vacanzieri - è ben fornito e pratico. C'è un sacco di controsoffitti e armadietti, tutti i principali elettrodomestici (compreso un compattatore di rifiuti), e tutte le stoviglie e pentole. L'isola centrale con tre sgabelli da bar è perfetta per mangiare un boccone veloce o sedersi intorno al tavolo della cucina per una cena più formale.


LA POSIZIONE

Grand Retreat è proprio nel cuore del centro di Grand Haven. Ci sono ristoranti, caffetterie, boutique, negozi di giocattoli, bar, tutto proprio fuori dalla porta. I fuochi d'artificio, la fontana musicale, Worship on the Waterfront, sono tutti presenti allo stadio sul lungomare, proprio in fondo all'isolato. Il canale è proprio lì e si può camminare sul lungomare a circa mezzo miglio verso il basso per controllare il faro e la spiaggia. Il Grand edificio ha un sacco di storia e carattere - era una volta un cinema e da allora è stato convertito in lussuosi condomini "Grand Theatre".

Parcheggio: il parcheggio notturno è il primo arrivato, primo servito e si trova nel lotto della città dietro l'edificio. Dovrai acquistare i biglietti notturni dalla città a $ 5 / notte.

Lovely place!

Location was great but no parking space was available and I got a parking ticket. Could not contact manager and no info on business hours or when you're allowed to contact manager.

Grand Haven Vacation

Second time staying this condo. It has always been first rate. Always clean. The unit has everything you need for a week's stay. The only issue we had was the key. There was supposed to be a set if keys inside the condo along with a set of keys from the outside lockbox. We only had the set from the outside lockbox. Nothing inside the unit. We managed, but the main entrance key was difficult to use. Needed several minutes of jiggling. The management company was not eager to help so we lived with it. I still highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location!

1 mile walk to the beach with restaurants and shopping very nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and past guests had left spices and some miscellaneous items to help stock the pantry. There were beach chairs in the closet, but you'll need to bring your own beach towels. We were able to access our Netflix account on the living room TV which was nice. There's no real view, but the balcony was still nice and proximity to attractions was more important to us.

Enjoyed our time in Gd Haven.. but disappointed the Homeowners do not allow even a gas grill on the deck. Minor issues that you may want to address : Plumbing for both toilets. Oven cleanliness. Overall, best location in Gd Haven..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week during coast guard festival. The location is perfect for the festival. The carnival is right outside the door however the condo is quiet inside. Walking distance to the beach. The place is nice, clean and comfortable. The major downside is overnight parking. There are only about 10 spots for overnight parking close by. The rest are 3 hour. The spots are always taken by other guest, so once you get a spot you don't want to move your car or you probably won't get another one when you get back. You have to pay $5 a day for overnight parking which isn't bad, but you have to remember to get a ticket every day as they are single day passes. While on vacation, it is a lot to have to think about and deal with every day. We stayed for 3 days after the festival and overnight parking did not get any better. I also recommend bringing more bath towels. We were provided 4 bath towels for 4 adults for a week. Overall, if you don't need a car, I would recommend this condo, otherwise I would look for a place with a reserved space.

You can't beat the location! This condo is very high end and exceptionally clean. Everything you could possibly need and more is available. The owner and management company kept me informed on all I needed to know for a smooth check in. I love this condo and plan to rent it again next year. Favorite place I've stayed in Grand Haven over the past 10 years!

Very Clean, Close to everything!

This condo was close to everything and it was so clean! Although we dined out most of the time we were there because this condo is within walking to distance to great restaurants, the kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishware and cooking utensils. And we felt very safe in the secure building! We will definitely stay here again!
