  • Grand Haven ha molto da offrire e questo condominio è nel cuore di tutto. Dopo una giornata in centro o in spiaggia, ti piacerà tornare in questa lussuosa casa con 2 camere da letto e 1,5 bagni.


    DENTRO

    Starboard Quarters è un'unità terminale nello storico edificio Harbourfront Condominium e si estende su tre piani. Al primo piano, troverete la lavanderia dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Salite le scale e sarete accolti nella bellissima cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. C'è un grande cursore che porta a avvolgere il mazzo. Il terzo piano comprende gli alloggi e un bagno completo. Il condominio è dotato di altoparlanti SONOS per il tuo divertimento.


    SPAZIO ESTERNO

    Questo condominio non presenta uno, ma due ponti spaziosi. Un mazzo è un grande avvolgente, perfetto per rilassarsi e grigliare. Il ponte superiore è proprio fuori dalla camera da letto principale e ha un tavolo da pranzo alto per 6. Questi ponti sono perfetti per guardare lo spettacolo musicale notturno delle fontane e i fuochi d'artificio delle vacanze!

    Parcheggio: non dovrai preoccuparti di trovare un parcheggio in quanto vi è un garage collegato alla stalla e 2 posti auto aggiuntivi all'esterno del garage.

    MANGIARE

    Il mangiare in cucina è completamente attrezzato con tutte le pentole e padelle, stoviglie, bicchieri, un Keurig e altro ancora. Ci sono tre sgabelli da bar al bar per la colazione per un boccone e il tavolo da pranzo ha spazio per 6. Oppure porta la tua festa in uno dei ponti e scarica un carico.


    LA POSIZIONE

    Il mercato degli agricoltori, il minigolf, i negozi di abbigliamento, il gelato, la pesca a noleggio, la stazione per la pulizia del pesce, un parco giochi e il splash pad sono tutti dall'altra parte della strada al molo di Chinook.

    Downtown Grand Haven è a due isolati di distanza. Se hai voglia di fare shopping, ristoranti, bar e caffetterie, questo è il posto giusto!

    Puoi passeggiare o andare in bicicletta lungo la passerella lungo il canale fino alla spiaggia per ammirare un tramonto. La spiaggia è a solo un miglio di distanza, ma se non vuoi camminare o andare in bicicletta, fai un giro sul carrello di Grand Haven! Ti verrà a prendere direttamente al molo di Chinook.

Condo near Chinook Pier

Our family of 5 rented this condo for Memorial Day weekend. The location was great with enough parking for all of us. The outdoor deck is large and a great space. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the unit and the views. The outside decks were spacious, and the furniture carefully selected for maximum flexibility.Third floor bedrooms each had a fan, and the furnace did a remarkable job at keeping these areas comfortable.Nice sized unit and there is enough storage space if you are creative.The unit is far better provisioned that their marketing literature would lead you to believe.We had a wonderful stay.

Great Location & Clean

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was really clean. The service was excellent. All of my pre check in questions were answered within an hour. Also, the management made sure I received an important package that arrived the day before I arrived.

Great location, easy access, comfortable and clean.

Was easy access and well kept, stairs would be difficult on elderly, some road noise. Walking distance to everything, convenient parking too.

Very Clean!

The condo was very clean, well designed, fully stocked, and was in a great location! I loved garage, was very nice to leave stroller in there after walks. Also, we were able to watch the musical fountain from the upper deck every night. I would absolutely rent this condo again!

Great getaway

Great location to shops, restaurants, and the water. The place had everything you could ask for with great views. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony with the kids playing games. We will definitely come back!

Great Corner Unit

This condo was great, well-appointed, stylish, and clean. We enjoyed using the Sonos speakers, the two decks, view of the river, proximity to the farmer's market, and so much more. Location was great, we walked to the river, restaurants, mini golf and shopping. Also, the well-stocked spacious kitchen made cooking enjoyable

Family weekend

We stayed here in the off season just to get away for a few days. The condo was beautiful and clean. The Netflix account helped at night and during rainy periods. It’s close to the beach and shopping. We’d love to come back in the summer sometime to get the full experience. Definitely recommend!!

It is close to the main street in Grand Haven. You can walk to it very easily. The beach is over a mile away. The condo has everything you need. We had a family of five so the one shower made the morning a little longer. The sofa bed is terrible to sleep on and the bedding did not fit it. Otherwise, we had no problems.

It was very clean, comfortable beds, very functional as far as layout for a smaller condo. The balconies really make this place- so much extra room to spread out outside. The location is great for walking to town but also having a quiet place to come back to. The condo itself seems soundproof - we heard nothing from the neighbors nextdoor. The road out front however can be very noisy- lots of traffic with loud cars. Check in and out were easy. We had 2 minor maintenance issues- one was quickly addressed (the maintenance guy Andy is wonderful) and the other was not addressed before we left. We have rented with unsalted before so we knew that amenities are much less than you would expect with rentals so we were prepared- but bring your own kitchen and hand towels (none are provided) and your own liquid hand soap (a very tiny round bar is provided). Otherwise this condo is very well stocked and we would highly recommend staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here during a COVID-era visit to my hometown to visit my parents and play tourist. The location is perfect, across the street from Chinook Pier mini-golf, right at the edge of the Boardwalk and a block from downtown. The condo was very well maintained and spotlessly cleaned. It's a great space, with two bedrooms tucked on the third floor and the rest of the space dedicated to living. Being in a resort town, you can't underestimate the use you'll get out of the two decks, including the one that wraps around the side of this end unit. The second-floor deck is quite spacious and perfect if you need to social distance. The third floor deck is great for a drink and conversation as you watch the sunset or call it a night. Then you can add to this fantastic customer service from Unsalted Vacations. They were in contact from the start to make sure all is well. Then, when a tiny issue arose with one of the condo's amenities, they were super responsive. I was texting directly with the owner who was trying to find a time that worked with our schedule to correct the minor issue. It was a great rental experience in every way. Zero complaints.

Great Stay in a Great Location

My family had a great stay at Starboard Quarters during our stay in Grand Haven. Location is a 2-3 minute walk to the restaurants in downtown Grand Haven. Very convenient for the family to walk to. Accommodations were very clean and suited our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend for a family of 4-5 to stay.

Great location for a short family getaway

We wanted to take a short family vacation (with 2 teenagers) and this worked well! The location is great. Being close to the water and to the downtown gives you lots of options. The condo was comfortable and very nicely furnished. It’s 3 stories and you’re going up and down a steep staircase lots of times each day so it’s not for everyone but the views from both 2nd and 3rd story decks we’re worth it for us. We spent a lot of time out on the decks. (There was some great deck furniture and some that needs upgrading) Overall, we really enjoyed Grand Haven and this property.

Great Homebase for Early Risers

Holy patios, Batman! So many great views and places to sit in this condo! Inside, the beautiful kitchen and comfortable living space makes you want to stay in. There is a great stereo system and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. on both tvs Our only complaints within the owners' ability to fix were minor - no wine opener or kitchen towels and not enough places to hang towels. I thought the garage smelled like smoke. My husband couldn't smell it. (But there's a garage!!) On the other hand, for being a small community (and pretty quiet during the day), it was so loud in the early morning hours. Between garbage pick-up, the street sweeper, and the neighborhood bike gang or some other group of loud talkers (who stood in front of the place while everyone gathered...), prepare to be done with deep sleep as of 6 am. The Farmers Market across the street is quaint, but very well stocked. The mini-golf right there is a steal and perfect for non-golfers and golfers alike. A running path on the water is right out your door. As is the water show, which was cool for night one. A little less cool by night four. ;) You'll like it here!

This condo is gorgeous and the perfect location to downtown everything is right there just a couple blocks away. This condo was so spotless and working with Unsalted Vacations was so easy and so nice they gave us great restaurant ideas and called me right back when I left a message. I was very pleased with the property. It is right near downtown. You can walk everywhere. The two bedrooms are nice. The one shower for our family was kind of tough. The sofa bed is terrible and the bedding didn't fit it.
