  • ALL'INTERNO DELLA CASA

    Questa casa splendidamente decorata ha tutte le comodità che ti aspetteresti e molto altro! Amerai le caratteristiche uniche della casa come i lavandini nei bagni, ripiani in granito e bella backsplash in cucina e persino l'unico bar bagnato nel seminterrato. La camera da letto principale al piano principale ha il proprio bagno privato. C'è anche un mezzo bagno fuori dalla cucina completa di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il seminterrato è accessibile dal garage attraverso il bellissimo mudroom o le scale dal piano principale. Al piano inferiore è un letto Queen Murphy, un bar bagnato meravigliosamente unico e un bagno completo. Il piano superiore ha anche un letto Queen Murphy e una seconda camera con letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo. Un mini ufficio è disponibile al piano superiore che lo rende una perfetta casa lontano da casa, nel caso avessi bisogno di portare avanti il tuo lavoro!

    AL DI FUORI

    Il condominio ha una bella seconda storia a piedi fuori porta scorrevole su un balcone dove è possibile sedersi e godersi una piacevole brezza serale. L'associazione fa un bellissimo lavoro mantenendo il paesaggio, ed essendo che il condominio è un'unità finale, ti piacerà davvero la privacy.


    Parcheggio: un posto è disponibile di fronte al garage e due posti auto aggiuntivi all'interno del parcheggio del condominio.

    Solo una breve passeggiata lungo Jackson Street ti troverai nel cuore del centro di Grand Haven. Fai una passeggiata sul lungomare fino allo splendido molo e al faro di Grand Haven, trascorri una giornata in spiaggia, fai un giro in trolly o una barca da pesca charter fino al lago Michigan. Trascorri la giornata facendo shopping a Washington Street o mangiando un gelato in una delle gelaterie locali. Di notte, assicurati di ammirare uno splendido tramonto sul lago e ammirare l'iconica fontana musicale di Grand Haven. Non ti mancheranno le cose da fare- Grand Haven è davvero una comunità estiva sulla spiaggia con tanto da far divertire tutti.

Sharon's Retreat Friends Getaway

Our group of six had a wonderful time at Sharon's Retreat. It was close to the state park and downtown. It was clean and well set up. It was very nice to have some of the basics provided to start our vacation. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting the area.

good location

This was a nice location to town, the beach and other places. Plenty of space. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend not staying the the 'basement.' You can hear the traffic and people walking by if they are out late. It was a good stay and satisfied our needs while we were there for Soccer in the Sand.

Get Away to Michigan 2022

This property worked well for our family of 4 adults and 3 teens.With 3 full baths and 1 half bath you never had to wait for a turn and never ran out of hot water. Spaces for teens to get way from adults. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Location was perfect to walk to shopping, restaurants and night time events.

Clean property, perfect for large family. Had everything we needed. There are no TVs on the main floor or in the bedrooms so that was a little inconvenient, but otherwise it was perfect. Easy walk to town for shopping and food. The walk to the pier was long , 2 miles one way, but doable. The trolley is convenient. We would stay again! Thank you.

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sharon's Retreat. A couple of things that could have been better: -The carpeting was a bit dirty and stained -The downstairs bedroom is not private -No kitchen towels were provided (not a big deal but would have been handy) We had an issue with the cable TV hook up and the maintenance person came within a very reasonable time and fixed it. We were able to walk to a lot of things. The beach was a pretty hefty hike however. It was so nice that all three couples had, not only our own bedroom and bathroom, but also our own floor! The upstairs living area was very comfortable for all of us to watch movies or play games. We felt very safe at all times. Grand Haven was a very nice town to visit.

Great location, terrible facilities

This condo was spacious and in a great location with convenient parking. But overall it was rundown and not worth the price. The beds are horrific! And the sheets and towels provided were on their last thread. The sink in my bathroom was clogged from day 1 and it was just gross. The kitchen sink was about to fall apart. The furniture in the living room was filthy from wear and tear. It was icky. Would not stay again.

Impressive!

My extended family and I enjoyed our stay! It was just as described, very clean and loved the updates! The location was so convenient to many attractions and restaurants as well. I was a little concerned about the Murphy beds, but found them to be very comfortable. We had absolutely no complaints/concerns. We would definitely go back again!

A great rental for the right group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A comfortable stay for our family of 6 - with 4 kids all over 12 years old. Unit was as described, light, airy, and very open feeling. We appreciated all the bathrooms! Kitchen was well stocked, although missing a Keurig and toaster oven(two essentials for us!). There were a few things I wished for that would have made our stay even better - a TV on the main floor with additional seating, or at least in the master bedroom; some throw blankets upstairs/main level, a ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom would have made the temps more comfortable (always warm upstairs, and very cool in lower level - but that's fairly typical). This is a great layout for multiple couples or older kids, but would be difficult for seniors and younger kids to navigate all the steps. Another review mentioned it too, but it was very noisy with LOTS of truck traffic so we were not really able to enjoy sitting outside having morning coffee or drinks in the evenings, or leave the sliders open - even though we had gorgeous weather days. It was close to town, and Rte 31, but on a busy main road.

For the right guests, this would be perfect!

This is my families 4th vacation in GH in the past 5 years with all rentals being within walking distance to downtown. While this properties location is great, it was the first property we've picked that didn't have beach amenities included (ie. chairs, umbrellas, toys). While none of these things were listed as having, neither did the other locations. The carpeting needs a good cleaning. Within a few hours the bottoms of our feet were black. We are thinking it may have been related to what appeared to be a freshly resealed driveway/parking lot. Other than the carpet, the rest of the place was very clean. There were several light bulbs that had blown out and we couldn't find replacements available for us to fix ourselves. Because of our limited time there, we didn't feel it worth the time to call management, but I'm certain they would have been changed in a jif. The kitchen was well stocked and had a few very nice quality pots and pans which is rare to find in a rental. There were plenty of bowls and plates so we didn't have to keep running the dishwasher several times a day. Yeah. The 3 levels were very nice so that each member of our family could have their own space (parents, us w/ 3 kids, sister), however, the tri-level was poorly designed so that the first level was always freezing cold, second level drafty and 3rd level warm and humid. We just couldn't find the right A/C temp to provide comfort. My parents who had the master off the kitchen loved the convenience of their room, however, found the "fancy, modern" bathroom sinks to pretty but not very functional. They couldn't figure out where to spit their toothpaste without leaving a pasty mess that they had to wipe out immediately. It also would have been nice if the 1st floor and 3rd floor contained a dresser to put clothes in. Would any of the items listed above be deal breakers on renting this location again, absolutely not. I would just be better prepared on what to expect.

Beautiful home, very comfortable & clean, busy street

The property is beautiful, well maintained, and extremely clean. The street it is on is a main road and is very busy which was the only negative as the traffic created a lot of noise when widows and doors were open.

Great stay

This was a great property to stay at with 2 families as there is a full bath upstairs and on the main level in the master. House was clean and pretty. Good location, walking distance to town and waterfront.

Great place, ask for extra bath towels

This was a great place but we did not have enough bath towels and the communication with the property managers was slow.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and setup of the place was good. Please provide more linens - especially bath towels. Was super frustrating not to have enough bath towels. Also it was hard to reach the management company leading up to our stay.
