“We went out to Iowa to attend our daughter's baby shower and spend time with the grandbabies. I booked through Expedia. When I was checking in the gentleman asked if we needed an accessible shower. I said no we needed a room with a bathtub so he made sure we got one. He was very friendly and accommodating. I bugged him several times for things like paper plates and extra towels. The baby shower had a scheduling mix up so 2 hours before it began, he rented me the conference room and cleaned...
