A Perfect Lake Front Spot Vacanza In Bello Grand Isle, Vermont

Il cottage si trova a 30 piedi dal bordo del lago. Tramonti meravigliosi

La struttura si trova sulla West Shore Road a Grand Isle su 'Broad Lake' guardando attraverso il Lago Champlain a Adirondacks. Il casolare si trova 100 yarde fuori strada ombreggiata da vecchi alberi di cedro. Si tratta di un bel pezzo di lungolago con una spiaggia privata. Ottimo per il nuoto, pesca, o prendere il sole giù dall'acqua. Portare un kayak o una barca (barca gratis lancio rampa 400 piedi lungo la strada). Grande spazio per andare in bicicletta.

Il cottage può ospitare quattro in due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale, una con un letto matrimoniale. C'è anche un futon matrimoniale in soggiorno. Bello, confortevole soggiorno e cucina, bagno con box doccia, e una bella veranda sul lago proiettato-in. C'è un grill a gas e una griglia a carbone, sedie Adirondack, acqua città (non un pozzo o lago). Asciugamani e biancheria da letto in dotazione. Si prega di portare biancheria per futon se pensando di usare. Camino a gas. Internet wireless gratuito.

C'è anche un tavolo all'aperto con ombrellone e quattro sedie.

Grand Isle è raggiungibile con strada rialzata / ponti o traghetti:
5 minuti per Plattsburgh NY / VT traghetto
5 minuti per un ottimo piccolo negozio di alimentari
35 minuti a Burlington e l'aeroporto (via strada rialzata)
1 ora e 20 minuti a Montreal
1 ora per montagne

House was very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed and was in a great spot for bike riding. I would definitely stay here again. Dave was a great host and got back to us right away when we had questions. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful location by the water.

perfect for a quick get away. We were up for a wedding and wanted a calm, quiet place for the kids to stay so they’d be well rested for their flower girl duties and this was perfect. Rock beach kept kids busy for hours, and an easy drive to Burlington for food/shopping. Clean, well stocked, and listing is accurate.

The quintessential Vermont ‘camp’ - beautiful property, sunsets, ample beachfront, relaxing lawn (hammock, chairs, etc.The property was very clean and extremely well equipped- thank you - some basic goods plus plenty of towels, bedding, etc.Having staying on Lake Champlain many times - this property had all of the elements for a relaxing and active stay. If you seek a quant, private, relaxing, and unique Vermont lakefront property I would highly recommend!

Beautiful property and it was just what we needed to relax with the family for the weekend. The view of the lake was amazing! I just wish there was another ac unit in the 2nd bedroom it was hot and humid at night. But we stuck it out. I had no idea there was no soaps in the bathroom we made a trip to the small stores locally. But it had everything we needed for the amount of time. We left some wood for the next guest to enjoy as there was none there.

Beautiful, cozy cottage on the lake

This cottage is small but very cozy. I loved the screen in porch !!! The view from the cottage is beautiful. Love all the sail boats floating by.I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent few nights here in early October and what an incredible spot right on Lake Champlain! We couldn’t get enough of the sunsets over the NY foliage. Looking forward to going back

Beautiful, Rustic Spot

My partner and I really enjoyed our short stay here. The cottage was a little more rustic than we expected, but the gas wood stove and the new oven (the latter updated from in the listing photos) were great additions. The cottage is just a staircase away from the lake where we could sit and watch the sun set. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute but small

So calming and beautiful

Such a nice property! The view is STUNNING and the sunsets every night are unbeatable. I love that the cottage is older and rustic. Something about it just calms you down and makes all your worries wash away. You are a short drive to 2 grocery stores, things to do, a couple restaurants, and plenty of baked goods! Yum! The only thing we agreed was not the best was the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable and there were a couple nights we didn't sleep well. But otherwise we were calm and happy the entire trip. We even got engaged here!!

Amazing views

Quaint little cottage with amazing views. Very relaxing and peaceful. From morning coffee on the porch, the cozy hammock and watching sunsets on your own private beach. If you do venture out, drop by a farmer's market, take in a concert at the Snowfarm Vineyard or grab the 15 min Ferry to New York and visit Ausable Chasm. We definitely will be back. Thanks Dave!

View of Lake Champlain

Beautiful, comfortable cottage on Lake Champlain with incredible view of sunsets! Although small, we spent most of our time on the screened porch (when we weren’t golfing). All over very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Spacious outside shower (very private) was amazing especially since we had 90F heat wave! All in all our 5 day stay was wonderful, thanks Dave! Short and Sweet Family stay for 3 days and 2 nights

The place is private, peaceful, clean and well maintained. Dave, the owner, even warned us of an approaching storm and advised us on how to protect screen porch furniture upholstery from getting wet, so communication was excellent, too.
