What’s not really revealed about this property is the age and condition, in our opinion. The cabin is a cozy cute family cabin. It is, indeed, a steep walk to the lakefront, so we didn’t utilize it much. The property really needs some TLC with spiderwebs everywhere and missing stepping stones on the entry outside steps. “Having a kitchen while visiting the mountains for an ice fishing trip is wonderful. We are able to save some money and spend it on activities around town. The road through the neighborhood, up to the cabin was well-maintained. Even getting 7 inches of snow overnight. It was cleared by midmorning the next day.. Grand Lake is a beautiful, quaint town with cute, ritzy shops and marvelous access to the great outdoors.”

“only issues (because of our age) mattresses were so high, my friend had to purchase a step stool in order to get in bed. lack of local news and CBS, and NBC channel very frustrating. We had great difficulty manipulating "smart TV" again, age certainly a factor. lock issue with door a major frustration. overall, we had a great time and found the cabin warm, welcoming and well stocked compared to other VRBO's we have stayed in. “My dad and I both enjoyed our stay at this rental. The proximity to RMNP entrance was wonderful and easy to make it into the park before the timed entry started. The master suite worked out well for my dad to stay on the same level once up the stairs. The room and attached bathroom worked out well for me on the lower level. It was great that we could each have our own areas. The house was as described. Any questions or issues we had were quickly addressed by the rental company. Would recommend...

“We enjoyed the cabin and it provided well for all of us. We were able to seat 9 people around the dining room table and the kitchen was stocked with table wear and pots and pans. The cabin is located in a charming neighborhood and my husband and I enjoyed several walks around the lake. The golf course next door provided for some Nordic skiing and free sledding for the grandkids. Everyone enjoyed staying at the cabin.”

“This home is wonderful, The views of the lake & mountainside are spectacular. The jacuzzi tub was amazing after a long day of travel & skiing. A couple things that was a surprise was, 1. Not being allowed to have a fire in the fireplace in the middle of the snow covered Rocky Mountains. 2. The microwave is located very low in the cabinet below the range, which made warming our chili & stew we made for our week a little inconvenient. 3.
