“The unit was very nice, spacious and clean. Loved that it has a brand new washer and dryer, as we were able to clean our clothes following our rafting trip. TV works, great location, just steps away from the lake and 5 min from the park entrance. Coffee and breakfast place is attached to the building, was very good. Can’t wait to get back to Grand Lake.”

“The hot water heater was small, so multi people should stagger showers accordingly (not a deal breaker). The beds were super comfortable with a great view of the sky from the main room. I personally loved the 3 story setup. Kitchen had everything needed for a long stay. As a Texan, the no a/c was an adjustment, but it actually worked out pretty well due to cool evenings. “Personale gentile e accogliente ma tutto il resto non va. Tutta la struttura sembra lasciata andare da anni .... ascensore in condizioni tremende infissi sverniciati ( una delle nostre finestre non si chiudeva bene) e moquette macchiata . Non so se ci è capitata una camera sfortunata o se tutte Sono così ”
