“Overall a great place to stay for the price range. Everything was fully furnished and comfortable. Close to Grand Lake and still secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful time. Very accommodating for late check out and our children loved the board games. We will be back. Be opened minded enough to know the property owners are not responsible for housekeeping, we found the place dusty and with dog hair everywhere but we just let them know and cleaned up with the supplies available and enjoy our stay.”

“This home was simply perfect for our hiking vacation. The property was immaculate, well stocked, comfortable, inviting, peaceful and conveniently close to several trailheads. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they thoughtfully provided a link that listed everything we needed to know including the best ice cream locations. “This was the perfect spot for part of our group to stay (while the rest of the group stayed in other rooms in the same building). The river right outside the door is phenomenal (but loud), at least in June. Nice to have a washer & dryer. Great spot!”

“The home itself is cozy, clean and well situated within the town. Walking distance to the lake, shops and food. We walked nearly everywhere. We visited mid May before tourist season started. It felt like we had the town to ourselves. The back patio leads right to the water and it’s just a beautiful background noise to keep calm. Thank you for having us 💛 we look forward to visiting again.”
