I was in a room with lake view. Gorgeous view it is. The hotel is older and heat does not seem to work. My room was equipped with a portable heater. Clean room, great staff. Room service wasn’t done daily you had to call a number for service. Ran out of toilet paper night #1 as it only had 1/4 roll in it. Continental Breakfast was great and plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again.

The absolute best bang for our buck in Grand Marais for MEA weekend. Rooms were spacious, refrigerator worked perfectly, they allowed us to use sister property pool as the Aspen Hot Tub was out of service for repairs.
