“The sink was clogged, the bed didn't seem to be cleaned, and there was trash left in the room when we arrived. The bathroom also didn't have a proper door, only a curtain. Overall, the room was not as clean or comfortable as expected.”

“The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag.”
