“Loved the helpful night staff. Friendliest hotel people I’ve ever met and they were over the top helpful! Room had some problems that were insignificant in my eyes but they gave us travel points which more than compensated for a bad tv remote.”

“The room was smelly (mold and maybe other things), the curtains were hanging off the rod, the overall condition of the building was really shocking (run down, quite dirty, and the stairs up to the second floor were quite rickety). There was a woman yelling at the front desk manager about another guest that was banging on her wall the night before, but SHE herself was disturbing the peace and her children were running everywhere (including the parking lot) screaming and shrieking.
