“Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing.”

“Was excited to stay with the family based on the pictures. Then when we arrived the condition of the hotel was in dissaray. Took a while to get checked in due to people coming up to front desk with issues with toilet or room condition. When we got to our room there was cobwebs in the ceiling, the outlet covers were destroyed, the windows in hall were broken covered with a tarp, and the remote was missing. “Inside parking was great. Looked like they are doing alot of upgrades. Would recommend.”

“Average hotel for the price, however confortable, good bed. The hotel is along a road and there is no side walk, even to get to next restaurant half mile away you need to drive. The kitchen was without any equipment, not even a fork let alone pans however I could get a couple of things from the desk (very polite people)”

“This was a terrible experience. The property was in a very scary part of Pittsburgh if you are not from the area. There were air purifiers that had vents through the widows. You were unable to lock the widows. The mattress was basically a a board. The pics are very deceiving. Try to contact the property owners and nobody responded. Terrible experience. ”

“I called when I made my reservation to make sure their pool was running they assured me it was 5 days prior to my arrival when I got there the pool was down for maintenance I feel they could have told me that is the only reason why I went there the receptionist was not in a good mood the breakfast was terrible they have really gone down in my opinion the only good thing I encountered was the breakfast lady named Martha she was absolutely the nicest one there ! “Hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 4 star for amenities was due to the pool being too cold to swim in, and the fire table outside didn’t work-although staff tried their best. Our room was a queen x2 with a trundle couch, and was VERY spacious and clean. However, when we pulled out the trundle there was a lot of garbage under it, so my daughter chose to sleep with us.
