“We had a pleasant stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the pool area and the small arcade, which kept the kids entertained. While the breakfast box was adequate, we felt it could have been more substantial. We did notice that the rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated, but the location right on the beach is truly outstanding and makes up for it.”

“The staff was polite, accommodating, helpful and just downright outstanding. Inner accommodations were sparse (no chairs in the room, hooks to hang your clothes…that sort of thing) . My husband had outpatient surgery while there and when I asked for a chair for him to sit in, they immediately provided one. Very clean rooms. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“The hot tub was very, very hot. This hotel was great until it came time for breakfast. I will never pay what was asked for them to "make" food. My fault for not checking what breakfast options there were. Just disappointed in that part of the stay.”

Pros
1. Friendliest staff
2. Excellent dining. We HIGHLY recommend Aerie on the 16th floor of the Tower. Also, it’s an awesome touch that it is one of the few places that still has in room dining options.
3. Spa is Amazing!
4. Great indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, tennis court, and basketball court.
5. Comfy bed. We stayed in just a basic king room but it had a nice fridge,...
