"Was worst stay I’ve had in many hotel experiences. No water in water cooler, unfriendly staff and to have house keeping knock on your door 5 min before check out and be rude asking if we were checking out soon is ridiculous. So unwelcoming and a joke"

"You know those motels you see in shows where someone is definitely getting murdered? This is the place! We affectionately called it the “Murder Motel” and loved it! It was super rundown, but exactly as expected for the price and also nice & clean. But don’t you worry, you get an AMAZING BREAKFAST ..."

"Nice place a little bit far from Banff center (it is necessary the car or take a bus to reach the center). Big room with kitchen and all tools. Amazing pool with waterslides"
