After locating an already used bar of soap in the shower sitting on top of the shampoo and conditioner bottles and hair on the walls, I asked the front desk if housekeeping could go and clean the washroom. “Water seeping from under laminate flooring in room. Our bags were wet in the morning. They moved us to a different room upstairs (no elevator by the way). Dont look under the beds or dressers. The amount of mold in the games room and pool was insane. Pool was constantly merky. They wouldn't discount our room for the inconvenience of moving and having to wash all of our clothes due to the water on the floor. They said giving us the other room was basically good enough. “I felt the staff was a bit cold and unpleasant but otherwise the hotel is clean and well located downtown Sydney.”

“No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.”
