Pro's - Location is accurate, quite residential area, not far from Airport, Description of the property is accurate, nice sized unit with 3BR & 2 Bath. Unfortunately that is where it ends. Upon arrival no one had been in the suite since the last guests, and the last guests were not kind to the place. Feces was left in the toilet, guessing from the expired food left in the fridge for about 10 days. All beds had been used, garbage in the cans and recycling left on counter. We spent about an hour trying to clean the place including stripping every bed and sleeping in our clothes. No discount, or refund has been offered from for the owner, and based on the state of the property he really doesnt care about the units or the guests. There are quite a few other things I could note, but I would sincerely caution you on renting with this owner.

overall the property was well kept and the beds were comfortable. We had an issue with our check in and Jjack had another place of the same quality for us right away. i would stay here again.

A few snags, but overall ok…

When we checked in to the property it had not yet been cleaned from the previous renters. Needless to say, we didn’t stay at the property the first night. The property manager was quick to respond when they were messaged and informed us that they thought we were checking in the next day. They also informed us that we would be compensated for one night. Once we returned the following day, the property was very clean and comfortable, and our family enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the home offers good amenities, and overall the home met our expectations (once we were able to check-in!). Although the property is a duplex (up/down), the neighbours and neighborhood were quiet and seemingly safe. The reimbursement of the one night was a bit of an odyssey as well. We had to ask for our refund (several times) and didn’t receive the full amount until days after checking out.
