“Front desk was very good . If I check into a hotel that advertised a pool, I expect a pool or a discount to compensate. Van Houte coffee is horrible! We expect it in a low budget roadside motel, but not a better hotel. We went to Safeway and bought our own pods. We were astonished to find that housekeepers did not refresh the room on day 2. We travel all over the world and expect better than soggy towels waiting for us. The blankets were slightly thicker than the sheets. Do better!”

“We got the 3 queen room for our family of 5, the beds were definitely not queens, but doubles. The room was spacious, had a fridge, hot plate, sink and pots, dishes etc. breakfast was nothing special, two kinds of cereal and some baked goods, yogurt, drink boxes, but better than nothing! Inside the rooms were clean, but the property itself, not so much. As you enter the parking lot there’s a car up on a jack - 2 tires in the air, no licence plate so you know it’s been there a while.
