“There were kakaks available but we did not use them. Kids went in the pool. Otherbthan power off (apparently it happens) everything was great. Instructions were great.”

“Honestly, everything in this place was just the bare minimum. One bed didn’t have a flat sheet on it, just fitted sheet and blankets. There were three washcloths for 5 people. Poor quality linens and no extra at all. One hand towel. The keys required to go in and out was annoying. The shower curtain tension rod fell on my daughter’s head and my husband spent 15 minutes fixing it and then we had to barely touch it the whole time we were there. Wouldn’t stay here again. ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! entire property was pristine and each room and area careful curated with a modern, clean ,sleek, unique look, the environment was peaceful. the accessibility to nearby main attractions was a good, do note this is on the hill so will need a car or means of transportation to be arranged. room came with small fridge due bring snacks. Of note, the view was lovely! The owners and staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Definitely A hidden gem !”

“We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

“The apartment was very nice, clean and rather well kept. There were a couple small maintenance items and we had to buy paper towels, extra toilet paper, and soap but the host was very responsive and reimbursed us. The unit is very secure. Would stay here again.”

“ELECTRICITY COSTS YOU EXTRA!! NOT IN THE LISTED PRICE. Spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2.5 baths. Parking on site. Narrow road to get there. I booked a ocean view room but it was definitely a partial view. The dont remove the sargassum from the beach like other places do. So dont expect to go in the ocean there. Property needs updating, broken lighting all around”

“The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!”
