“I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. A broken chair at your 4 person seating area on balcony. Overall a nice place if they can get the place fixed. Both bathroom shower heads were...

“I thought the place was as described in the description of the property. The place was comfortable and spacious. My family and myself didn’t have any issues while staying in the property. Great location and is very close to all the places to visit while in Santiago.”

“Mary was a pleasure to work with! What an amazing host! The Villa was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The drive to find a beach and go to dinner was about 15 minutes each way. The weather was not ideal when we were there, but I’m sure it would be lovely to sit on the beach right by the Villa. We were unable to use the pool, but that was just a few steps away. The community was very, very quiet and private. Thank you, Mary for everything.”
