"I was staying for one night and generally I can’t fault the hotel for its friendly staff, good food and the comfy bed. However I was in a single room, my choice, but the bathroom was far too small. "Superb hotel. Perfect location at the edges of Cartmel. Decent sized rooms and a big building for the number of rooms so lots of space. Breakfast was really great - lots of choices including some unusual options (e.g courgette fritters) all cooked beautifully."
