“The check-in was super easy and communicated well. The kitchen is complete with all the things you might need for cooking. The only thing we felt was missing was utensils for the grill. They provided us with a goodie bag of treats. Laundry detergent and dish washing soap were also included. This property is well maintained and a great home away from home while we enjoyed the close drive to downtown Grand Haven. ”

“The accommodations were wonderful; the beach is literally your backyard. The house is quaint and was perfect for our family of four (and dog). There are a fair amount of stairs down to the beach, but are very well built. Free workout on the way up as well! Very clean beach, the lake is just beautiful. Make sure you go down to watch the sunsets! We only saw a couple of others on the beach so it was truly a pretty private experience. Highly recommended and would definitely book again!”

“This house was perfect for our yearly family gathering which included family from out of state. The interior is lovely and spacious with plenty of room for eight of us. Lots of room for cooking and well stocked with most necessities. The deck and yard need some attention but the view of Lake Michigan with access to the private beach outweigh those issues. We ended up spending our entire time at the house. No need to go anywhere else!”

Really nice deck that was covered, with a barbecue. Plenty of outdoor seating, plenty of beach towels.Check in and check out was super easy. Brad was easy to communicate with and responds quickly.I highly recommend staying there, so much fun!”

“We had a fantastic time during our stay. Location was perfect! Very short walk to the beach so we didn’t have to deal with parking which was nice. We had a pleasant time sitting on the large balcony in the morning sipping our coffee and watching the frieghters pass by. Pricing was fair compared with other properties in the beachside community. Plenty of room as well. We would definitely stay again!”

“We really liked this rental. We came on a Saturday and it was pretty busy with the neighbors but things calmed down over the week which was nice. The screened porch was great and we used it a lot. One thing to be aware of which is not a criticism it's just how it is, that the swimming platform in front of the property is not owned by the property (it's been upgraded from the pictures in the listing and there are two diving boards on it and it's really nice). “We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the stairway is steep and a little scary going downstairs wirh anything in your hands. Overall, we had a great stay, ans would definitely stay again. ”
