“The only thing is that the room doesn’t get all the way dark. Everything else is perfect. Coffee is good, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Very nice staff. ”

“Staff was so lovely and friendly, but our room was so gross and dirty. Walls dirty, sides of desk covered in dark food, couch had smears of food/dirt, huge crumbs all over. I dropped something and had to move the tv a bit…wish I hadn’t. So dirty. Beds were comfortable and very clean feeling though. ”

“There are signs all over that say no parties allowed but each night that we stayed we had people next to us the first night where the kids were screaming and yelling and babies crying and then the second night we had kids next door or upstairs jumping off the bed. So it was like a party every night for everyone else so we got no sleep”

“The property was nice, the breakfast foods were stale, no fresh ideas. The English muffins were rock hard, the pancake dispenser was a disaster, the mix was terrible when it did get made - get a new supplier. The yogurts were delicious and the coffee was top notch! ”

“Everything went well and I enjoyed my stay. My only issue is the guest laundromat. I didn't have quarters to operate the machine and the staff didn't either. Moreover, I also don't have the necessary phone app to operate the washer. Hence, I had to leave to hotel and drive to a laundromat where change was available.”

“My room smelt of cigarettes and blankets had lots of burn holes. On the website while booking it states free breakfast which is incorrect. They only offered coffee and orange juice. ”
