Trascorri il tuo prossimo viaggio con amici e parenti in questa casa di quasi 4000 piedi quadrati. Alcuni dei dettagli di questa bella casa includono: lotto di 1/2 acro, di recente costruzione, piscina di sale e spa all'interno del recinto dello schermo, proprietà lato lago, grande vasca da bagno indipendente nel master, spaziosa cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e molto spazio per intrattenere. Il vialetto extra lungo ha tonnellate di spazio per parcheggiare i tuoi veicoli. 25 minuti in auto dal complesso sportivo USSSA, 1 ora in auto dall'aeroporto internazionale di Orlando, 1 1/2 in auto dai parchi Disney e 20 minuti in auto da diverse spiagge.

Anche se voglio che tu goda il tuo soggiorno al massimo livello, devi anche essere rispettoso di questa comunità pacificamente tranquilla. Questa non è una casa per le feste, quindi non saranno tollerati rumori esterni eccessivamente forti e il parcheggio in fondo alla strada. Se desideri pescare (pescare e rilasciare) nel lago, devi farlo solo sulla mia proprietà direttamente dietro casa. In questa comunità non sono consentite attività acquatiche motorizzate sul lago. Si prega di prestare attenzione quando si è in giro o nel lago e non lasciare che bambini piccoli o animali domestici si avventurino vicino al bordo del lago.

Prestare estrema attenzione quando si utilizza la piscina. I bambini devono essere sorvegliati in e intorno alla piscina in ogni momento. Gli ospiti si assumono tutti i rischi associati all'uso della piscina e della vasca idromassaggio.

Great for family gatherings!

Property was better than advertised. It was ideally set up for our family that had come to celebrate a 80th birthday with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was great- easy drive to beaches, restaurants and only 30 min from Vero airport. Lots of towels were provided which is a super plus. The pool and hot tub were great and the host Cindy immediately responded to any communication. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful stay in Grant-Valkaria!

This property was wonderful for our family time. The house was exactly as described, pool area and lake were fun bonus areas. Communication with the owner was easy, responses usually received within one hour. Definitely recommend staying at this property!

Christmas Heaven

The home was more than can be seen online, the attention to detail was wonderful, more than enough room for a large get togethers like we did Christmas Day and early evening, the grand kids loved the pool as so did I and everyone else, couldn’t as for a more perfect time for family and friends to get together, so wonderful, host made everything very easy, All spelled out, and a wonderful time, thank you so much for our family to get together on a wonderful holidays, Thank You, we definitely refer this property and the host, Happy New Years and Thank You Bery Much

Great Place

We had 15 people ranging in age from 6-68 and everyone had a bed. Accommodations were comfortable. One bedroom downstairs for the older couple and all the rest slept upstairs. Pool was comfortable and we used it just about every day. Would rent again

Great Family Gathering

Our stay was amazing! My grandmother recently turned 100, so we were visiting Florida to celebrate her birthday. There were 13 of us staying in the house with ages ranging from 13 to 78. Everyone raved about what a great find the house was. The layout of the house was wonderful, the pool and hot tub were refreshing, the view of the lake was calming, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We celebrated my grandmother's birthday at the house and loved that there was a leaf to expand the dining room table for us all to eat around. Communication with Cindy was excellent! She was always quick to respond, especially when we needed the hot tub to be heated. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and everyone in the family was pleased. Thank you, Cindy!!

Great Property

This house was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and they even left snacks. The check out process was super easy. The only complaint we had was having to pay extra to heat the hot tub and then did not have the ability to turn it on and off without contacting the host.

Overall stay was good. Beautiful house located on the lake. Plenty of room for guest. The host was hospitable. Lots of rules. The only thing I did not like, was calling the host and asking them to turn on the hot tub but they were very punctual when asked. Good times

Fishing in Fellsmere

This house is great and Cindy is excellent to work with. We were a group of 5, we each had a room to our own with one bedroom to spare. I would highly recommend this property, we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after fishing all day. No need to dine out, the kitchen, living room and pool area is great area to hang out for cocktails and food prep. We will book again.

Wonderful lake home

We had family coming to town for a graduation and we booked this house for them. It’s very close to our house and was perfect. They’re from a big city so they absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet and space the home provided. The home owner was extremely responsive and kind. I would definitely book again :)

Pool gathering without a Pool

Pool was green upon arrival on Wednesday and wasn’t useable until Saturday. Friday while using the outside patio around a green pool Painters arrived asking if we could go inside for them to paint the poolside section of the house. We asked the owner if they could come on Monday as we were leaving a day early due to such poor accommodations and they insisted we allow the painters access. Pool lights are controlled by the owner and they are aware they do not work properly. So many issues with how we were treated. Suggestion by owner was that we cancel and book elsewhere. Ages 18 to 85, arriving from 4 states via car and plane and that was the solution offered. We were stuck in this situation and at the mercy of their pool person who made it clear to us we were not a priority and even asked us to tip him while he was there. We had looked forward to this trip for nearly a year and made the best with what we had to work with but it wasn’t what we paid for nor were promised from the posting information on this property.

House was very well maintained

We really enjoyed our stay! There were 3 families together total of 5 kids and 6 adults and we still had extra beds to spare. The home was in excellent condition and the pool and spa were set to a perfect temperature every day. The owner was prompted when we had questions! Definitely recommend this home for your vacation needs!
