One of our other parties had a room that smelt a drainy but they moved her straight away when we went back to the guy on reception who had checked us in. Staff are polite so can't fault it. "L’hotel è una bella struttura in mattoni rossi a un passo dal castello di Nottingham e dal centro città coi negozi e i ristoranti. La camera è pulita e confortevole con un bel bagno, macchina del caffè/te; il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Per chi viaggia in auto il parcheggio è proprio accanto alla struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo"
