Hotel vicino a Grant's Old Mill Museum - Winnipeg

“Unexpected pleasure to stay there. I booked a room to sleep a night on my across Canada drive. The hot tub and comfy bed gave me a good night sleep. The night here replenished me and my husband. Thanks you, Cindy!”

“Rude and lazy.”

“Room 107 (outside building) Water was coming in under the door. AC unit smelled musty. Tap in bathroom sometimes does not close. Shower basin (tub) is 3 ft long and 2 ft wide, with a curved bottom. Yikes. Toilet was tiny. Beds were clean and comfy though. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

“The room was clean, but does not have a full length mirror. The bathroom needs an update, the tub looked uninviting, but the shower head had a great flow. It was nice to have the walk way to the The Grand”

“Breakfast could be better. Fruit was moldy and muffins were sugary. Not great for healthy eating. The room and staff were great. Had a good sleep.”

“Breakfast bar has lots of options. My kids are picky eaters and they all found something to enjoy.”

“We missed freezer section in the fridge. When we travel long distance, we like to use freeze packs in our cooler and they need to be re-freezed.”

“Overall the property was alright. The Expedia rating wasn’t super helpful. Location isn’t the best. The industrial part isn’t something I’d recommend. Lots of parking which is nice though. The room was really clean which was amazing but the halls and elevators weren’t the cleanest. It was super packed the weekend we were there and felt like we were intruding on some type of event or family reunion. It felt like we shouldn’t be there which I would have appreciated if that had been clarified that...

“Coffee maker in the room, as many towels as you need, reception staff were very nice. We went to Winnipeg for an event so only stayed for 2 nights, but the hotel was one we would stay at again and left such a nice impression that we would definitely look into other Alt locations as well.”
