Waterfront 4 BR home with private pier and boat dock

The waterfront house has 4BR and 4BA with 3900 sq ft + a two car garage. It has the benefits of both protected water for worry-free boating and sweeping views of the Chester River! The rear of the house features a spacious deck off the back of the house and a large balcony off the master suite. High speed internet is provided. Three kayaks and two paddle broads are available in the summer (free of charge). Two crab traps and one live box are provided for guests to catch crabs from the backyard pier. A BBQ grill with propane tank is also provided. Local crab houses and restaurants are within easy access.
A few important points:
• Maximum of eight people, unless otherwise agreed. No additional visitors or guests allowed at the property.
• This is a private residential area, no parties or events. The focus is on relaxation and a peaceful break.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property of any kind
• Monitored external security cameras to front and rear of property.
• Nearby beach and boat dock are not supervised by lifeguard. Weather can change suddenly. Take water safety precautions and supervise children at all times.
• When you use kayaks and/or peddle boards for adults and children. Please use life vests and practice water safety.
