“This is listed as a four-star hotel on Google, but that is not the case. It is definitely 2 1/2 as listed on Expedia. They did not have reliable Wi-Fi or any of the basic channels to watch sports. Based on other reviews it had recently changed ownership. They need to up their game or the poor reviews will start pouring in.”

“We stayed during Western States weekend, and we chose this hotel for the lower price compared to what was available in town and we knew what we were getting, having been here before. With all that said: our non-smoking room smelled of smoke+ other accumulated smells, retained by the old carpet and the old window drapes. The room was spacious (king bed), the fridge and microwave were working. It would be nice to see some more care placed into these rooms.”

“Help! As we drove into the property, we passed units with tarps on the roof. There was no water in the pool. The pool was an important feature when choosing this dump. We waited over a half hour at the desk trying to check in. One employee tried to help, but was new to the computer system. The other understood the computer but was unfriendly. Another guest came in to report the air conditioning in her room didn’t work. She was told (in a rude manner) they would get maintenance to look at it. No...
