  • Il paradiso di Creekside. Non vorrai lasciare questa enclave privata che ricorda gli chalet in legno e vetro alpini lungo il torrente di Vail. Il torrente scorre proprio accanto alla casa con una piccola cascata, isola al centro del torrente a cui si accede da un ponte di legno. Il proprietario è rinomato designer di San Francisco. Aggiornato, lussuoso ma accogliente e caldo. Non come il tipico noleggio. Due camere matrimoniali hanno il bagno privato. Il master principale ha un romantico letto a baldacchino king-size, un camino, un'area salotto, una jacuzzi e una doccia separata. Il 2 ° maestro ha una regina. Comfort e divertimento a 5 stelle.
    La casa si trova su un acro privato boscoso sia naturale che ben curato con fiori abbondanti. Ci sono molti posti a sedere e aree da pranzo per i motivi e vicino al torrente. La suddivisione in montagna ha un bellissimo campo da golf boscoso e un ristorante / club house tutti accessibili agli ospiti.
    La casa è un piano unico con una grande sala a concetto aperto con soffitto in legno cattedrale e grande camino in pietra. (Legno fornito.) Tre passi fino alle camere da letto. Ponte molto grande ha le scale per cortile e torrente. Deck ha 2 bellissimi tavoli per 6 e sgabelli da bar al piano esterno della cucina, chaise in ferro battuto, tavolo da bar con due sgabelli e 5 aree salotto in cortile / giardino. WI-FI. Azionamento circolare per ampio parcheggio.
    Grande sala spaziosa ma accogliente con pop-up (tramite telecomando) TV via cavo nascosta in armadio, cucina completamente attrezzata, 3 bagni, 2 camere da letto, lavanderia, sala da pranzo posti 4-6 (8 su richiesta), bar per la colazione posti 2-4. I fiori abbondano sul ponte in estate con posti a sedere ampi.
    La visita dei cervi di solito ogni giorno insieme a procioni, scoiattoli, abbondanti specie di uccelli e un airone blu.
    Nelle notti estive, tieni aperte le finestre e il cursore e lascia che il torrente ti lasci cullare in un sonno riposante. O sdraiati sul ponte nella chaise per un pisolino pomeridiano dopo gli aperitivi sull'isola al centro del torrente.

Everything was wonderful, so beautiful! Our group felt comfortable and relaxed as children laughed and played all around the grounds. The adults had excellent conversations as sunlight filtered through tall trees and around the vibrant creek that was like a little river in May.

Another fantastic stay – our 3rd time here!We’ve now stayed at this property three times total, and it never disappoints. The owner is always a pleasure to communicate with—responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about guests having a great experience. The property itself has been beautifully updated and is even nicer than we remembered from our previous stays. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality place with a great host, this is it. We’ll definitely be back for a 4th visit!

We were really looking forward to spending our Christmas holiday here, and the stay did not disappoint. The home was very nice, comfortable, and welcoming. The host was great — very responsive and quick to reply to our messages. We especially loved the Christmas tree she set up for us and the fresh flowers placed in every room. Those little touches made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommended

Highs: location to nearby family, downtown Grass Valley and proximity to Nevada City. Check in was easy, and check out is noon which is nice. Communication with host was quick & efficient. Table was set for Thanksgiving upon arrival - it was very nice. Lows: you get an idea of the decor from the pictures but, there is so much more. Something on every table, counter or open space. We had to clear off many things to make space. Despite all the lamps the house is very dark. Half way through our stay we were tired of reading by our phone light so we went out and bought two lightbulbs. While we were out we bought a kitchen size trash can (the house came with a small bathroom trashcan for the kitchen). TV is very old and very small, in one room. DirecTv didn't work. None of the bedrooms or bathrooms had adequate light. The heater is very loud. The septic was being worked on and there were large warped planks of wood in the driveway. Fridge is old, ice/water didn't work. Dishwasher has buttons missing. It takes a very long time to get hot water, a circulating pump is necessary for a house this size. The house needs a lot of work to be a proper vacation rental.

Beautiful Home and Grounds

My Husband, 15 year old and I rented this house for 3 1/2 days and 4 nights. We spent two full days at the Celtic Festival there in Grass Valley but slept at the house at night.. The other days we were able to be at the house the whole time. The house is very charming and and very comfortable. We were surprised by all the knickknacks and I think the first day we must have spent a good hour just looking at all the knickknacks. Absolutely charming! It very much reminded me of my Grandmothers house. We enjoyed an evening down in the seated areas which was very nice. We love waking up to seeing a family of deer looking out the bathroom window. It was funny as our 15 year old refused to sleep in the bedroom that would have been his. He didn't want to wake up with deer's staring at him or (Big Foot) as he put it. We were very surprised by that but the couch was very comfortable to rest on. The toilets were a surprise and I will leave it at that but nothing bad, just interesting. We would recommend this property. I have a feeling at Christmas it would be amazing and I have a feeling the owner would add that holiday charm! I would like to say Thank you to the owner!

Beautiful house!

We had a wonderful time at Creekside Paradise. The house and grounds is like a museum. Beautifully decorated. Every step in the house is a new discovery of different collection... We liked it a lot and hopefully will be back. Thank you Kathy!

Beautiful home and wonderful host :)

Kathy’s home was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and with an amazing peaceful backyard on a creek. Be careful with young children, there’s a lot of small breakable. Makes the house beautiful but you just have to make sure to watch your kids well so nothing gets broken. The bed was comfortable, good central location and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

wonderful experience at an exquisite property

Kathy: thank you for sharing your delightful home. It was a Christmas present to my family that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Your electric holiday ornaments and decor were so special and joyful it made for a special celebration. The obvious love you put into your home and garden gives it a welcoming and comfortable feeling which was enhanced by your prompt and attentive responses to my questions during the stay. In short, I could not have asked for a more perfect spot to escape to for a few days. We cannot wait to return in the spring to see the plethora of plants, flowers and blossoms blooming. Thank you for sharing such a gorgeous and hospitable home with us. I would be delighted to recommend it to others and you may feel free to offer my contact information should prospective renters have any questions - of course, I would prefer to keep it a closely guarded secret!
