Our house is located in a quiet area with mountain views in the Oberdorf neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center. Numerous hiking and biking trails run right nearby; Lake Reifinger is about a 15-minute walk away, and the spa park with its Kneipp facility is about 5 minutes away.

Accommodation for a 3rd and 4th person is possible on the sleeper sofa; there is a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and toaster. The bathroom features a tub (with shower option), toilet, and hair dryer. Wi-Fi is available. The beautiful south-facing terrace with an awning and patio furniture invites you to relax.

Whether you’re heading to our local mountain—the Hochplatte—the Kendlmühlfilzen, or one of the many lakes in the Chiemgau region, there’s something for everyone here. Enjoy the fantastic view while savoring a hearty snack at one of the nearby alpine huts, or sample Bavarian delicacies in a beer garden after a leisurely stroll. The local swimming lake, “Reifinger See,” is about a 15-minute walk away, while the picturesque Chiemsee is only about 9 km away and can also be easily reached by bike. The many cultural and traditional events, such as markets and concerts, will round out your stay.
