We warmly welcome you to our well-maintained home in a central rural location. Since 2026, we have been offering the “Faschinggut” self-catering vacation rental to our guests. Until 2025, we operated the house as a bed-and-breakfast. The vacation rental is located on the first floor with its own entrance and parking space right next to the house. In the garden, you’ll find lounge chairs and a dining area. The restaurants in our village are within walking distance. Lake Chiemsee is 3 km away. Hiking tours can begin right from our house. Cycling and hiking trails are also within walking distance of the vacation rental and can be reached without a car. We’re also happy to accommodate motorcyclists—a covered parking area is available. No pets allowed! Free Wi-Fi available. Please leave the apartment swept clean and with trash sorted.

In the large, well-equipped solid-wood kitchen with a dining area and couch, you’ll also find a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, radio, coffee maker, and a kettle. The rustic living room with a dining area and TV invites you to relax in the evening. The bedroom, with its hardwood floors, is also furnished in the Bavarian style with spruce wood from Voglauer. You can relax perfectly in the new, modern bathroom with a shower/bathtub and toilet.
