Our working cattle farm is quietly located on the outskirts of Grassau, just about a 6-minute walk from the town center.
We offer spacious apartments with a shower/toilet and a kitchenette.
A lawn for sunbathing is available to all guests.
A parking space and a garage for bicycles are provided.
The “Alm” vacation apartment and a double room are separated by a private hallway. (The vacation apartment can be booked with an additional double room as a separate bedroom.)

Partially renovated vacation apartment for up to 2 people on the upper floor with a safe and Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, double bed, and well-equipped kitchen-living room with dining area, as well as a separate shower/toilet. Balcony with seating available upon request.
No pets allowed and no smoking in the rooms.

The Moierhof is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Grassau, toward Oberdorf, just about a 6-minute walk from the town center.
Shopping, restaurants, and the town center are all within easy walking distance.
The farm is surrounded by meadows and fields—ideal for guests seeking relaxation in a rural setting.

Thanks to its central location in the Achental valley, the Moierhof is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, and day trips.
Lake Chiemsee, with its swimming spots and boat tours, is just a few kilometers away. In winter, you can quickly reach the cross-country ski trails and smaller ski areas in the surrounding area.
Parking is available right next to the house.
