. Affitta bellissima villa climatizzata in una zona residenziale con piscina riscaldata e sicura con allarme. Giardino paesaggistico che invita a trascorrere le vacanze all'insegna del relax e del riposo tranquillo.

La casa dispone di 3 bellissime camere da letto con schermo piatto e 2 bagni.: La camera da letto principale al piano terra ha il proprio bagno con vasca e servizi igienici e accesso diretto alla piscina. Le camere degli ospiti sono al piano superiore e condividono un bagno con doccia e servizi igienici. Queste 2 camere da letto si affacciano sulla piscina e sul giardino.

La cucina americana è completamente attrezzata (microonde, lavastoviglie, congelatore, ecc.). È aperto sul soggiorno e ha accesso diretto alla terrazza con tavolo da pranzo e vista sulla piscina.

È inoltre disponibile una lavanderia con lavatrice.

Il giardino di 1500 m2 è completamente paesaggistico e non ha nulla a che vedere con la massima privacy. La piscina, riscaldata e protetta da un allarme, è l'ideale per i genitori di bambini che desiderano godersi l'esterno della casa in completa tranquillità!

Grandi e piccini adoreranno riunirsi nella cucina estiva (o pool house) per godersi il barbecue e un po 'di freschezza all'ombra delle querce ... La "pool house" perfettamente attrezzata con frigorifero americano, fornelli e barbecue accoglierà tutta la famiglia per pranzi e cene all'aperto!

E per il piacere di tutti, il campo di bocce, il tavolo da ping-pong. Internet WiFi e 2 posti auto saranno a vostra disposizione.

A soli 10 km dalle spiagge di Cannes e Antibes, la villa è in posizione ideale per godere di tutte le attrazioni della Costa Azzurra in completa tranquillità ...
La villa si trova nella parte inferiore della città di Grasse, città del Profumo. Puoi creare il tuo PROFUMO, vedere la produzione di sapone e la distilleria di fiori per imbalsamare la tua vita.
A pochi chilometri di distanza si trova la fabbricazione di BONBONS. E molte altre cose
Trascorri una giornata nelle Gorges du Verdon, visita Monaco, il suo palazzo o semplicemente rilassati a bordo piscina con un aperitivo in casa.

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in Michael and Monique’s beautiful house. We did not miss one thing and the host did anything to keep us comfortable and satisfied. The garden is lovely and we spent a lot of time in and by the pool and used both the pool table and played boule. Mould absolutely recommend. The only thing that is not perfect is that it is not that easy to go running from the house as the roads are narrow.

Wir wurden von den Eigentümern sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation mit ihnen war perfek! Das Haus war sehr sauber, roch gut und war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub hier genießen und empfehlen dieses Haus sehr gerne weiter!!

A beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped villa with a fabulous garden and a heated pool. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday chez Monique and Michel who are discreet, friendly and helpful hosts. A welcome gift awaited us upon our arrival and a thank you as we left. Great location for visiting Nice, Cannes and Antibes as well as beautiful Valbonne and Mougins. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful corner of France with wonderful restaurants. Merci Mille fois, Monique et Michel. Nous vous remercions.

Wir hatten als 5-köpfige Familie eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Die Aufteilung der Villa ist großzügig und die Villa versprüht sehr viel Charme. Die zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten laden zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein und der Pool mit Kindersicherung hat uns sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und geben nützliche Tipps für tolle Ausflüge.

Vielen Dank an Monique und Michel, es hat alles sehr gut gepasst!! Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Villa verbracht, bei sehr hohen Temperaturen war die Klimaanlage und der Pool Gold wert. In Wirklichkeit ist es noch viel schöner und grosszügiger, als auf den Fotos. Wir können das Haus mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Außenanlagen liebevoll gepflegt. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten laden überall zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und durch die Poolalarmanlage auch mit kleinen Kindern entspannt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern lief sehr problemlos und sie haben sich immer umgehend gekümmert, um uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Anlage am Standtrand von Grasse. Der Garten ermöglicht Ruhe auch für mehrere Personen. Toll ist die Grillecke mit eigenem Kühlschrank, Gasgrill, Eiswürfelmaschine und allem, was man sonst so braucht. Schön ist auch, dass die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert sind.

We, my husband , me an three young adults had the best time in this Villa. It was top clean, the house is exactly as in the pictures. The garden is beautiful and you can only feel absolutely well in this object. There are no wishes left open. Also a great area to visit many things. Grasse, Cannes , St. Tropez are all very close. We’ve just returned from a week spent in this beautifully appointed and lovely villa. The friendly owners Monique and Michele were there to greet us and despite the language barrier we all managed to understand each other. There is everything you need for indoor or outdoor eating, the barbecue was great, and the whole villa is very spacious. The swimming pool was excellent to come back to after days out too. We took the train to Cannes and Nice as well as visiting some stunning local villages, none of which were too far away by car. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week and we would love to come back sometime in the future.

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing week in this stunning house at the end of August. It has everything you could possibly need for indoor and outdoor eating. The swimming pool is large and an ideal temperature. The 3 bedrooms are all a good size with the added bonus of the master having an en-suite. All the bedrooms are ait conditioned and have automatic shutters. The location is very relaxing with lots of places to visit a short drive away.

The property was in a great location for exploring the Grasse/canne area which is stunning. The villa beautiful, very clean and has all of the utensils you need for cooking etc. The outside bbq area and gardens/pool are lovely but make sure you use lots of mosquito spray before you venture outside. Had a couple of issues 1. Air con made a lot of noise and although owners had a technician called out it still continued to make the noise and the owners gave us ear plugs. 2. Owner lives attached to the villa whilst not impinging on our privacy was fussy about the way the kids used the pool e.g jumping in. So if you want a villa where you feel you and your children can completely unwind then this may not be the place for you.

We had an amazing family holiday. The villa was clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. We all loved the pool and had some great days visiting the surrounding area. The hosts were very welcoming. Would love to visit again.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mit sehr grossem Garten, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, Pool, Poolhaus mit grossem American Fridge und grossem Grill. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet (Küchenutensilien, Besteck, Teller etc.)

When we arrived at the property we were greeted by the owners who were lovely, despite the language barrier we managed to understand all that was said. We had our 2 year old grandchild with us who loves being in the water but can't swim, the owners gave us a wristband for her to wear so that if she got into the water without us being there (we always were but you can't be too careful) this would trigger an alarm. There was also an alarm for the pool so that if anyone accidentally got in the pool without first turning the alarm off then again an alarm goes off, it was good to see these safety features in place. The villa was gorgeous ideal for a family of five and a toddler, we couldn't have asked for a more suitable accommodation. The ensuite bathroom and double bedroom was perfect for me and my husband while the younger adults had the upstairs bedrooms where there was a further bathroom. All bedrooms had air conditioners which at the beginning of August you definitely need. There was also an extra cloakroom downstairs. The villa was modern and yet quaint with lots of furnishings and ornaments to make it feel homely. There was also plenty of seating areas outside to cater for all whether you want to be out in the sunshine or outside but under shade. I can't rate this villa and the owners high enough, there was a bottle of wine and one of water waiting for us in the fridge and a gift for me as it was my birthday while we were there. On departure we were presented with another gift which I thought was so thoughtful and highly unexpected. I was emotional having to leave behind this villa and its owners and I would highly recommend a holiday here for anyone and hope that in the future I shall be back again but next time I will learn to speak the language.
