The large garden of more than 1000 m² offers a play and relaxation area for young and old.
Many games at your disposal! Inside, a bright and spacious living space welcomes you.

The house consists of 2 levels.
On the first floor you will find a large living/dining/kitchen room, as well as a shower room and separate toilet.
On the floor below are all the bedrooms:
- the master bedroom with a large 180 cm bed,
- the children's room but which can accommodate 2 adults in 2 separate beds of 90 cm
- the games room which can accommodate 2 adults (140x190 futon bed). We can also add a cot in this room on request. We leave at your disposal the games of children and adults.
- the guest bedroom with a 2-seater mezzanine bed of 140 cm. This room also has a desk with wifi.
On this floor there is also a large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

In addition to the house, you have a large garden limited by a stake and rope fence.
This one, of more than 1000 m², offers a play and relaxation area for young and old.

Come and enjoy an autumn getaway while counting the Grasse countryside and its olive trees, enjoy an aperitif, a barbecue and let your gaze rest on the surrounding hills.

In summer, you have a large above-ground swimming pool of 5.50 m by 2.80 m in summer, a swing, mobile football goals, cupping bows and arrows, badminton, table tennis, cornhole, molky, square petanque (stakk) and magnetic darts.

We also have chickens and quail and you can go and get your daily eggs during your stay.

You can pick vegetables from the garden.

A barbecue is at your disposal.

You have a spacious secure parking lot on site.

The house is connected to a septic tank, the use of bleach is prohibited. Only use the household products that we leave at your disposal

A cat adopted our house a few months ago (it is harmless). He is not allowed in the house (because we are allergic), but you can meet him when he comes to eat (we leave him kibble in our absence, so he is autonomous).
