Although I experienced a minor issue with the hot water at the beginning, the staff's prompt and professional response was truly impressive—in fact, it highlighted the high quality of your team. The dining at Restaurant Rascal was delicious, and the spa massage was absolutely the best. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed my time. Also, the option of breakfast delivered to our room or enjoying our breakfast in the comfortable setting in the main room at the inn. I definitely plan to return someday!”

“We were provided a list of recommended restaurants upon check in which was very helpful. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Room was clean and the shower was excellent! Would have been nice to have bottled water in the room but otherwise this was a real treat.”

“We had a great stay. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really good - plenty of options and a nice vegetarian breakfast burrito. The place itself is in a really good location in town with a great vantage point and view of the redrocks from the balcony and room. Room decor and style of the place really has that southwest and sedona look and feel. Would stay again and definitely recommend staying here.”

“Molto vecchio, e datato. La camera abbastanza spaziosa e provvista di tutto. Le sedie, dal tanto che erano vecchie, mostravano macchie di grasso e unto. Da sistemare: dal condizionatore mezzo rotto, alle tende. prezzo un pò caro.”

“The beds were the worst like plywood. We were supposedly in a handicap accessible room the toilet was so low it was hard to get up from. The sinks were too high and you couldn't roll underneath them. The room was too small for a wheelchair to maneuver easily. The worst of all the majority of the electrical outlets barely worked the plugs were so loose if you sneezed it lost contact. Not great for medical equipment you rely on! There are a bazillion old receptacles for lighting etc up and down...

“The room that I checked into had a leak when using the shower. The leak was so bad water was coming up from the floor when you stepped on it. I reported this to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The room we got moved to then had no tv remote. I then had to go back to the front desk and they suggested we use the remote from the room we got moved from. But then after turning on the tv in the room we got moved to it was not programmed. I then had to go back to the front desk and...
