“Loved the hotel vibe. Amazing artwork everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small rooms, but quaint. Great neighborhood with lots of good food and lovely houses/architecture. Parking is a challenge, but not so bad once you get used to the area and street rules. Highly recommended.”

“Nice motel style structure, heated pool and clean rooms. Had a nice style to the property. Breakfast available in the foyer. Parking right outside the front door (big plus in SF). On the downside the hotel had lots of people hanging around outside the property all day and we sadly didn't feel that safe to walk around with our two teenagers.”

“The Perramont is in a great location close to the Castro and just steps from Muni which made getting around easy. I really appreciated the daily maid service having fresh towels and the bed made each day was awesome. The showers and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and although there was some remodeling happening (which meant fewer bathrooms available on the floor), everything was well maintained. “The room was dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. There were pubic hairs in the shower, and the sheets and pillows were visibly dirty as well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. To make matters worse, there is no parking available on the premises, which was very inconvenient.”
