  • Plenty of room to park and turn around your trucks and trailers and ride your ATV/ORV from the property. Lewiston Grade Road ORV trail is 1/4 from here. New 7 person Hot Tub. Your cozy river retreat awaits in Grayling, Michigan at this secluded and peaceful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home on the East Branch of the Au Sable River. One king bed, three queen beds and 2 queen sleeper sofas, and a futon offer enough space for family and friends to gather for a time of fun, adventure and relaxation. In addition to all that Northern Michigan has to offer, you are in the heart of "river country" with world-renowned trout fishing on the Au Sable River as well as the near-by Manistee River. With close proximity to ORV trails there is no need to trailer your "toys" as you can ride directly from the house...and there is plenty of room for parking in the circular driveway and beyond. In addition, you are close to horse trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and Hartwick Pines. Additional spaces include an additional living room with a sofa bed and an office space with a futon. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our cabin...sit out on the upper deck and listen to the river rushing by. Or sit down on the lower patio, basking in the sun and watching the fish jump. So, whether you have a large group that needs a lot of space for a lot of people OR if you just need a nice, quiet getaway, this place will not disappoint! Fully stocked and ready for you to have a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful, unique home and property. Kitchen was very well outfitted. Beautiful decor. The property is exactly as described. The hosts seem to be genuinely focused on creating a wonderful experience for their guests. We felt fortunate to have stayed there.

House as described but even better in person! Was what all of us needed, perfect place to relax but yet have fun playing in the yard, laying in hammocks and just taking in the surroundings. House had everything we needed Hosts were wonderful, quick with responses for any questions we may have had Totally recommended and is on my list as saved to make this a possible yeast trip!

It is clear the host of this property wants to make sure guests have a great time and have everything they need at the house. The house was amazing and for once, no one in our party complained about uncomfortable beds! The layout of the house is unique, hot tub was great. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Absolutely perfect!

The property was beautiful, even with the ice storms that happened, the owners made sure to clear the backyard of branches for our wedding ceremony. We had an amazing time staying here!

We were drawn to this property because of its location near Grayling and because it seemed the right place for a short family vacation. Now that we are back home, I am delighted to report that we could not have asked for a more delightful experience. Our communication with the property wonder was superb. Sue was accommodating, welcoming, and accessible. The home was well-kept, warm, and spacious. Its location on a branch of the Au Sable River was unparalleled for its beautiful and peaceful setting. Beautiful cabin family friendly

I love everything about this beautiful home nice and comfy family friendly and beautiful scenery right in the backyard enjoy lots of family time and there was so much space and peaceful and quiet the host was amazing it was overall quite the experience

Short but Sweet

We stayed only two nights but agreed we needed another full day to enjoy the property. We loved hearing the steady stream of water, which looked majestic because of the snow. The place was quiet and clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The property was VERY beautiful and private. The house was extremely clean and they had everything you would need for a weekend stay, or longer!! The hosts were very communicative and friendly. There was plenty of yard space for games as well as a beautiful patio and basement hang out space. HIGHLY recommend staying here, we will be back in the future!

Beautiful home! Mattresses are super comfy! Dishes and kitchenware were top notch! Kids loved playing in the creek! Close to ATV trails. Loved the attention to detail for guests such as nighlights, extra blankets and plenty of supplies!
