“The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. My and I were are aware that there was music being played when we went to bed, but I did not really interfere with us getting to sleep. Eat plugs were provided which my wife used. “A stay over at The Tan Hills Inn was on our bucket list. Boxed ticked and it certainly didn’t disappoint.”

“Room was compact but comfortable, the bed especially comfortable. Best in room coffee ever! TV was impossible to sort out, HUGE but useless. A leak from toilet cabinet meant floor was wet most of the time, and was reported to manager, I'm sure it'll be fixed for next people. Pub is oozing with atmosphere, food is excellent. Staff are great. Somebody could pick up litter outside once in a while to improve the look.”

“The Hotel has a lot of character and is in a beautiful location in the Dales. We watched lambs playing in the field as we had breakfast. There are great walks on to the Dales or down to the river from the front door. The staff were very friendly, and we had a lovely restful stay.”
