“We booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled. They immediately messaged me after booking to tell me how to get ahold of the shuttle service. The staff were very very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. They made a bad experience much better!! Would 10/10 recommend. ”

“My family and I had such a fantastic stay this past weekend! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional and the entire team made the experience truly memorable.
A special thank you to Cynthia at the front desk, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism and made check in effortless. She really set the tone for the whole stay. “The property was cleaned, but the elevators did not work correctly so they had one elevator working for eight floors and a lot of people so the weights were very very long. The pool was not working and they did not mention that until after we booked in and that was our main reason for staying there so we are very disappointed in the hot tub was out of order, and again this was not mentioned till after the fact ”

“It’s an older hotel with decent cleanliness. The appliances were old and some were broken. The front desk sold me a frozen meal that had been previously thawed and was moldy before it was refrozen. There are three buildings at the hotel and one is a different hotel with almost exactly the same name, which confused several people trying to check in and caused a decent amount of wasted time.
There is no continental breakfast.
It was quiet, which was nice.
There are not many places to walk to...
