“I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management.”

“It was clean and bright and great location. Would absolutely stay again but it was hot weather and no AC, however cooled down at night, and there was a fan. Great bathtub! Very lovely staff.”
