“Friendly check in staff. Clean rooms. Apparently the property is related to the Hotel Nevada and they comped us a few beer. Clean and tidy inside, outside could use a refresh.”

“The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

“Beautiful building. Absolutely stunning. They had the front desk staff walk out I guess the day we arrived so getting checked in was a weird experience, no one really knew what was happening, poor communication situation. but it all got figured out. Food was great at the restaurant. The pool is small but it’s cute and fun. Will definitely stay here again.”

“Room was clean, cute, and pet-friendly. I had no issues with check in or with my room. Nice, safe area for hanging outside or talking a walk through town. Very quiet and quaint.”
