“We loved our stay here! The views from the windows of Bear Lake are spectacular! The home was very clean and very well supplied. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and other necessities. I liked how the kitchen was labeled with where things are so it was easy to find things and put them back again. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the home to others.”

“We were very happy with everything. The home is beautiful, well laid out, room for everyone. There was lots for everyone to do, and other activities not too far away. And shopping is close,( but not too close), for those forgotten items. We liked the fact it was so near to most of our families, it made working around varied schedules easy, We would stay again!”

“Overall I would describe this property as ok...didn't exceed or overly disappoint. Was some cleanliness issues like spider webs inside in multiple places leading to a spider dropping from the vaulted ceiling onto my mother's head. Which most in the group found funny but she didn't. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would expect from a premium location. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are below grade which caused cool evenings/ mornings in spring months. We were not able to find extra blankets or bedding...

“Property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything we could possibly need to cook a variety of meals throughout our stay. Beds were comforable. Plenty of space to relax with others or retreat to a different part of the cabin alone time. Having access to washer and dryer was a very handy addition to the stay. The view of the lake from the cabin was to die for. There were several deer who made their way to the property as well during our stay. Accessibility...

“The proximity to the beach, and house were perfect. The only thing to note from our stay was the mattresses were not comfortable and a few of us were struggling from back pain or not sleeping. I think being walking distance from the beach made up for it though!”

“We spent a week at this house. There was plenty of room, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of parking and it was nice to use the garage. We saw a lot of animals (deer, moose, wild turkeys and such. Beautiful view. The only negative was that we couldn’t get into the pool and other amenities, we needed a little more information on that. See you next year!”

“Stayed June 2025 for 1 week. Home is centrally located in Kings Beach. Everything accessible by foot. Very quiet day and night. Home was well stocked. Enjoyed sitting on the deck every night BBQing. Would definitely stay again. Our host was amazing and very responsive to my several questions before and during our trip. ”
