“I had an attendant tell me during booking that was done through Expedia I had reserved 2 non smoking rooms and requested it to be next to each other because of health and mobility reasons and 2 child cribs . I have done this multiple times in the past with no issues or any extra charges. I had a Dennis check me inn and say I have smoking rooms , I had to show my reservation and then he said I would have to charged for children’s crib so he had to ask his supervisor. He had a horrible attitude...

“Well somehow they couldn’t find my reservation even though I had my confirmation number and it took them about thirty minutes to finally find it in there system but had no booking.After a five hour drive I was in no mood and of course the Manager was a little difficult but the front desk agent Cassie was excellent!!!she was very kind accommodating and diligent in upgrading our room to the North Tower even tho the manager wanted to charge us more she fought to get us the same price..Besides that...
