“The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

“Booked our room through Expedia. I requested a king size bed and a sofa sleeper when we got into the room it did not have the sofa sleeper. We requested an upgrade or another room with what we paid for. It did not help us. That said, we don't have nothing available and we aren't able to get our money back because we booked through a third party and they did nothing to help us or accommodate us. I would not go there again. Poor customer service”

“Having stayed at this hotel on many occasions over the years, all I can say is they are the best at what they do which is why I am a repeat customer. Always a lovely breakfast and plenty of choice. This time an upgraded room which was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the neighborhood.”
