“I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The room had a terrible smell from the moment we walked in, and it was extremely dirty. The worst part was finding two cockroaches in our bathroom. When we reported the issue, we initially asked if someone could either remove them or provide us with bug spray so we could take care of it ourselves. At first, the staff refused to help. “everything was 5 stars except for the night shift staff, they get 3 stars. One particular lady was rude and not very helpful. Asked for an extra blanket/bed sheet around 11pm and was giving attitude that we should have asked when housekeeping was available. Could have apologized for the inconvenience but was rude instead! otherwise the hotel was very clean, the rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing! would book again.”

“No one came to next day to room service or clean. When we asked, the person in the desk said they don’t have enough staff. We had to ask for towels for the next day. Pool looked dirty.”
