“Lovely pub but incredibly busy so there were long waits for drinks and food Stay slightly marred by very noisy drinkers right outside our room until 00.50hrs Great area to stay for Bath Racecourse and visiting the white horse”

Il loro ristorante è eccezionale, è stata la nostra prima cena e anche la migliore di tutta la settimana di vacanza. Pulizia della stanza adeguata. L'unica cosa che mi sento di segnalare sono le, a mio avviso troppe, ragnatele nella stanza... Capisco che siamo in piena campagna ma per me erano davvero un pò troppe. Ragnatele a parte ci tornerei volentieri! ”

“We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. ”

“The room was satisfactory. Could do with a thorough clean. I had no milk both days I stayed. Pub/restaurant was very nice. Staff were all friendly. ”

“Co tasted hotel as incorrect dates had been booked and asked confirmation of correct dates but had no reply”

“The room booking was wrong but rectified by Trey who did his best to help. The restaurant was closed Sat and Sun evening, even tho other guests had booked table to eat. The female receptionist on Sun morning could not have been less interested in our inquiries about the restaurant closure. The waitresses and other support staff were good and helpful.We suggest that a cover manager is employed while the Manager is on maternity leave. At the moment things are chaotic and i wont be staying there...
