“Friendly staff and very clean and tidy rooms. We were on the 2nd floor so the views were very nice too. There is on-site parking available for a fee but make sure to reserve your spot in advance. Breakfast was complimentary and it was a buffet so a variety to choose from and You can make your own fresh waffles!!!! Overall great experience. ”

“My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night. ”

“Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!”

The room was a big let down, I have stayed there before and said that the rooms looked tired and I was assured that they were being upgraded in January . “This is my second stay here after an overnight stay last June. I aim to book here whenever I can going forward as it was as good if not better which was a high bar to begin with. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.”
