I forgot my wallet and some personal items in the room and they gave it back to me. Real honest! I am very happy.
We had a quadruple room it was fine, just the bathroom a little small. We stayed only one night

Posizione eccellente e una bellissima finestra sul giardino antistante con il sole filtrato dalla chioma degli alberi: fantastico! Camera piccola (come sempre a Londra) ma pulita e confortevole, letto comodissimo! Tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole c’era e così è stato!!!!

Stayed to see a concert in Wembley, the apartment was great for what we needed, bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the shower wasn’t very powerful but the rest of the apartment was really clean and couldn’t have asked for a better location for the stadium. Will definitely stay again

"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. ..."
