“Excellent stay...beautiful hotel, immaculately maintained...a level above anything else we stayed out during our vacation. Centrally located within easy walking distance of almost anything you'd want to see. Parking was a bit dodgy since the hotel seems to be booked for all sorts of event. The breakfast was ideal. I really want to go back for more.”

“We stayed for 5 nights. We moved from a standard room at the front corner of the hotel as it was noisy and claustrophobic. The en suite having been built into the corner of the room , so all the other stuff ie chairs table wardrobe were squeezed in. The poolside suite which we were kindly moved to was new, spacious had air con and walk in shower ,……. stunning altogether! Such a difference ! Could not fault it !!! It was so hot when we stayed, so made good use of the outdoor pool. Bar area had...

“Beautiful country hotel, small and personal service, delightful comfortable en-suite rooms, warm inviting pool - often to ourselves, incredible top class gourmet food - formal dining and bar food served in the warm and cosy bar area or the relaxing lounge. So much choice at breakfast, all delicious, everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back in summer to enjoy the open terrace overlooking the pond. A real joy to stay here.”

“Great and handy location for our family, 10/15 min walk to The Shambles. Room was a great size. Pool and sauna was a big hit to. Hotel and room were clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Vey handy having car parking facilities on site (charges apply).”
