“When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.”

“We felt the staff did not present the image of a Wyndam property…faded blue jeans and a tee shirt should not be acceptable. There was a couple of young men who worked the front desk who dressed more professionally. We thought DeeDee was Wonderful. Any question we had was always answered. We spent 4 nights at this hotel and the breakfast was barely edible. Eggs were only Offered on our last morning And we were told they had run out. “Location to anything and everything in Traverse City! Quiet property as well. They seem to be a pet friendly hotel as there were lots of dogs which is great except for in the breakfast area.”

“I loved the price for the week. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the beach. We road our bikes downtown traverse city and it was only 30 minutes. Located 30 to 45 mins to sandunes and torchlake. Overall great experience. Great fishing spots in walking distance.”

“Check in was easy, room was clean. Comfortable bed. Small fridge which was a plus. But the AC unit was loud. For breakfast, go earlier. Not many choices. One day omelet was very salty, it was impossible to eat. We didn't use pool or gym, but they both looked clean.”
