“Light bulb in lamp was out, deluxe queen room barely fit queen bed,no closet, 1 of the bath towels had what looked like hair dye all over one side, the door had a small opening in the bottom of the door big enough for insects and small rodents to get in. I asked to have room on 2nd floor they said they didn’t have a queen deluxe available on that floor yet I spoke to someone who said she knew there was one available near her on 2nd floor.
