“The hotel was excellent, very cute, friendly staff, and a great location. It was a great hotel for a girls weekend! The restaurant was less stellar, they were out of espresso, champagne, and waffles on a Saturday morning so I recommend eating elsewhere but the hotel itself was still 5 stars”

“great central downtown location. Staff were great and hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. Stayed in a suite with kitchen facilities which was great for the time we were there. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend.”

“Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine.”

“the location across from the Orpheum Theater and near the old market was wonderful. their restaurant the Monarch was reasonable and delicious. Their valet parking was friendly and very secure, I will chose the Deco over every other downtown Omaha hotels every time.”

“Staff was really nice. Rooms are clean and bed/ pillows were ever comfy. Only complaint I have is that the rooms were dark.”

“Overall it was quite good. Parking was about 15 a day in a garage immediately adjacent. Room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was solid, regular hotel hot breakfast fare (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, waffle maker, etc). Gym was nice, with several weight machines”

“The property was clean and rooms were clean. The manager seemed nice. The pool was closed the first night which was a very big disappointment since that was the main reason we picked this hotel (and the waffle maker). The next 2 nights the chlorine level was so high we couldn't stand to be in the water more than about 15-20 minutes because it burned our eyes so bad. The breakfast was okay, all processed food.
