Hotel vicino a Great River Medical Center - West Burlington

“The clerk at check in was nice. They even checked our room to see if it was done to let us in a bit early. They said the room was done but we found someone ice cream cones in the fridge, the bathtub had lots of hair in it that was not ours, the shower cur6was really dirty and needed washed. We tried to turn on the TV. It didn't work, tried to call front desk to tell them, phone didn't work, toilet was broken and ran after flushing it (unless you jiggled the handle). Had to walk down to desk to...

“Great breakfast, clean/spacious room and friendly staff Would definitely stay again!”

“Our room was typical of lower priced properties, so it was as expected. Hard floor. Loud A/C unit. Somewhat worn. I slept well. The shower was hot. The breakfast spread had only a few options - just providing some calories to start the day. When trying to sleep, I could hear a truck running outside with music playing and when I notified the manager, she quickly went out and made it stop.”

“Staff was pleasant, but the place is dated, and worn. Maybe it had been a long while since, but our room had been smoked in at some point. Other "spice" smells filled our end of the floor,. The air conditioner sounded like a B-17.”

“Upon entering my room, there was a mildew locker room odor and I went back to the lobby to ask for a new room and the staff was very flexible and accommodating to put me in a new room which smelled much cleaner.”

“Gorgeous old mansion on a hill! It has been meticulously restored and is so peaceful and quiet. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Highly recommend.”
